short answer: check applicatiance & stabliazer power rating should match.
Choose a stabilizer with a higher power rating than your appliance, preferably 20% to 25% more. For example, if your device has a power rating of 1000 W, you should choose a stabilizer that has a power rating of at least 1200 W or 1250 VA.
thumb rules is read stablizer capapacity and for refrigerator size.
ex: upto 300 liters, or upto 600 liters etc..
check regridgerator information for power rating
230v*0.5a
230*0.5=115w (271 units for year 2 start inverter fridge.)
the appliances or device will consume double the amount of power on start-up than it does while working.
To get the maximum power – Multiply “230 x Max rated Current” of all the equipment that are to be connected to the stabilizer. Add a 20-25% safety margin to arrive at stabilizer rating.

250 volts is generally part of the standard voltage range for India, which is 220–250 volts

should refridgerators need stablizer for stablizier free models
stablizer free operation 110-300v means it cutt off the power when below or above voltage. not stablizes add+ or – volatge stablizers .
may not be necessary unless voltage in your area shoots up or down much above or below the limit in which the appliance can operate 110-300v.
many recommeds for invererter AC, fridges stablizers?
in case of power flucutate, PCB comboponets may burst in in the refrigerator which cost higher than external Stablizer..
Volatge range & Watt
Fridge rating 0.5 A, volatge stabiblizer rating 2A with 190-270v vguard v50
why stabilizers
stabilizer operates/stabilizes the input utility voltage and provides a desirable output voltage).
Refrigerator comes with inbuilt high & low voltage cutoff but they do not come with in-built Voltage Stabilizers.
