many people washed 100% polyster either in washing machine or by hand.
silk and wool more delicate than polyster and there is a washing programme for silk and wool so we can do with polyster.
Heat damages the polyster better to wash in cold water / sets washing machine temparature down and rpm speed low
Method 1: use laundry mesh bag and set wool programme in washing machine
Detergent there is specific deteregetn for polyser just down wash sparay.
place items inside a Mesh Bag for protection. select a cold, delicate cycle with low spin
