2BHK scheme provides 2.72 lakh by March 2019 in phase 1 and 3 lakh by 2024 houses in rural and urban areas in the at a cost of ₹36,00 in crores. (hyderabad 1 lakh houses)

2019-20:  5388 cr
PRESENT 2020-21: 1593 cr
 GHMC hyd available 481 acres of land for these houses in 103 out of  117 locations.
In 49 locations in situ construction of 9,828 houses has started, 68 locations 90,172 houses are being built in vacant lands.

 completed  in 11 locations with 7,848 houses.
In Hyderabad (9,883), Rangareddy (23,254), Medchal (36,295) and Sangareddy (28,220) work is in progress.

How to apply? & Application process

application has to be made either online at Mee Seva or its centers.  Ghmc office. (reality download the meeseva form fill the details go to ghmc or collectorate in urban, rural at gram sabha /mro)
Rural: gram sabha, mro  district level committee decides villages list to build.
As per the Government Order;
  1. District level committee select the villages.
  2. district collector schedules the time for 2BHK applications from the eligible villagers.
  3. applications collected by the Grama Sabha designated officer. 
  4. primary data collected at Grama Sabha officer and will send the data to the Tahasildar office to verification purpose.
  5. After the verification getting done; the Tahsildar will send the finalized data to the District Collector office.
  6. As per the schedule of the District collector; The Tahsildar again send details to Grama Sabha for final approval.
  7. The list which is finalized by the Grama Sabha; will be approved by the Collector. Finally, the data will be available to the public.

Reservation

Rural: SC/ST: 50%, Minorities: 7% and balance 43% for others.

Urban: SC: 17%, ST: 6%, Minorities: 12% and balance 65% for others.

Issues: between builder and beneficiaries

Malkajgiri 2 years ago slums vanished not get that houde done and no amenities like community hall etc.

260 sq ft  /28.8889 sq yd single
560 Sq Ft plinth area. Double bedroom.
125 Sq yards in rural area
36 Sq yards of undivided land share in G++ pattern houses in urban areas
200 square yards, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, hall and two bathrooms. In urban areas, a G+3 and in ghmc areas, G+9 floor apartment building are constructed.

Who is building ? private builders

 unit which is fixed at Rs 1,250 per sqft in Greater Hyderabad and Rs 900 per sq ft in rural areas.
every year raw material cost increase 10% according to inflation rate roughly. so there is a chance for increasing sq ft build cost for private builders.
Tunnel form technology
6,240 2 BHK houses at Rampally and 15,660 houses at Kollur for speedier execution of the project.

2014 3.5lakhs
2017 7.5 lakhs+1.25 (amenities) = 9 lakhs -1.5 (pmay -u)

visit https://2bhk.telangana.gov.in check & download the beneficiary list. if your name not in the list. then again contact district collector office. (response is very poor)  nature rule = everything is not free.  // then why double bedroom free =  holding as CM.

as per RERA regulations, the builder is now obligated to offer sale price based on carpet area. Hence, as per the example explained wherein CARPET AREA is 600 sq ft, SUPER BUILT UP AREA= 750 sq ft
Post-RERA, payment will be made on 600 sq ft and not 750 sq
