  2. Login to single WordPress site & exports Posts and Pages
  3. Import into New WordPress Multisite.

1st create a single site in multisite and remeber the blog id to identify db tables  >>>

Just export the posts & Posts meta tables. if required taxonomy taxonomy meta tables for categories & tags.  delete existing WordPress database tables.

Install prime mover go to sites and create package export with databse and file while exporting create a multisite on other wordpress .  insert blog id to export.

restore to blog id number . it works perfect but for main site we need to upgrade or manual methods we use.
