Select Track >> CLick on Audio effects and then pick Noise Removal drag and drop to the Track
if still noisy increase

OPen Threshold UNmute mic when Sound level -26DB
Close Threshold Mute microphone when low sound this DB Limit usually 36
check your MIC level while leaving silent then adjust the close threshold.
Noise SUPRESSION when you apply this usually at -60 Db you can decrease according to your test.
