select the low level audio (that only has background noise) more than 5 seconds.
Go to effects click on noise reduction,
and then click on get noise profile.
2nd step: select entire audio go to effects
and noise reduction
Default parameters fine unless you are expert.
You can preview the removable noise or audio after noise reduction by residue and preview.

confirmation.
